1/2 ripe avocado, flesh only

1 cup (125g) frozen berries

1 1/2 cups (350ml) almond milk

2 tsp. honey

1 tbsp. ground flaxseeds

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Slice the avocado according to your preference.

Step 2

Place all the ingredients into a high-speed blender

Step 3

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Step 4

Divide the smoothie mixture between 2 glasses.

Step 5

Serve immediately.
